Corporate Finance team 

Our Corporate Finance team advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and private equity transactions. Team members share their experiences and support their colleagues to work together for projects. The team establish mutual understanding and guidance even though they are working in a fast paced and challenging environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Support team members in engagement process by assisting with presentation materials as well as research and analysis under the overall guidance of the corporate finance team 
  • Contribute in M&A, Capital Raising, and Strategic Advisory engagements 
  • Prepare Pitch Books, Teasers, Information Memorandums, Financial Models, Data Rooms, and other documents for live deals and proposed transactions 
  • Conduct industry, market, and company research  
  • Perform financial and business analysis to support deal execution  
  • Assist with financial modelling work including DCF, comparable companies/transactions and asset valuations  
  • Support data room management and due diligence processes 
  • Contribute ideas, insights, and perspectives during team discussions

Qualifications and requirements

  • Strong interest in corporate finance transactions and capital markets 
  • Pursuing a degree in a recognised institution 
  • Possess knowledge of financial terms and principles 
  • Prior financial analysis and internship experience will be highly regarded but is not essential 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions   
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 
  • Ability to work with complex and detailed information 
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic work environment: be adaptable, resilient, and willing to push the extra mile for the team 
  • Good writing and communication skills with good knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) 
  • Strong interpersonal skills in building rapport and collaborating effectively with others
